Public bug reported:
Amarok 2:2.4.0-0ubuntu5.1 on Kubuntu Natty
The only controls available on MP3 files are play/pause and stop. I
cannot move the track forward or back.
After an upgrade from Maverick to Natty, Amarok stopped playing MP3s. I
solved this by installing the necessary gstreamer plugins (gstreamer0.10
-plugins-bad, gstreamer0.10-plugins-ugly, gstreamer0.10-ffmpeg, and
gstreamer0.10-fluendo-mp3), but now the only controls available on MP3
files are play/pause and stop, there are no forward/reverse actions
anywhere in the UI. Is there a missing/better plugin that I need to
install?
** Affects: amarok (Ubuntu)
Importance: Undecided
Status: New
