[Bug 713880] Re: System settings doesn't retain touchpad disablement

The problem is worse than I originally realized.  The touchpad
disablement is lost when I exit the Input Devices section of System
Settings, not just when I reboot.  So in effect there's no way to
disable the touchpad ever, even though there's a provision for it.

What can I do to remove the "Incomplete" from this bug's status?  It's
trivially easy to verify it.
