[Bug 728584] [NEW] Use a wrapper script instead of copying mysqld

Public bug reported:

Currently akonadi copies /usr/sbin/mysqld to /usr/sbin/mysqld-akonadi at
build time in order to run mysql in an AppArmor profile.

The same can be achieved by using a wrapper script that just calls mysqld.
An AppArmor profile for the wrapper script defines a local mysqld profile.

As a result akonadi doesn't need to embed mysqld and thus benefits from
mysql security updates without having to rebuild the package.
