[Bug 731796] [NEW] qmldesigner.so is missing

Binary package hint: qtcreator

I noticed that the designer button was disabled. So i started google why
it could be so. I discovered that it was needed to be enabled manually.
But when i went to do that... it was not there. I would mind if it is
unstable. Is there a temporary fix available?
