[Bug 733625] [NEW] bad transition between windeco and window for some programmtypes (ugly optic)

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: kubuntu-default-settings

with natty, kubuntu will ship with the nice oxygen-gtk. most applications will work and look very very good. But others dont. so please disable the kwin-oxygen blendcolor= radial Gradient for this apps. 
Most of them is java.
i will attach a replacement for 
/usr/share/kubuntu-default-settings/kde4-profile/default/share/config/oxygenrc and 
/usr/share/kubuntu-netbook-default-settings/share/config/oxygenrc
that make the transition perfect. 
And i will ask the sun/oracle-java package-maintainer if he enable the gtklookandfeel, but thats an other report
