[Bug 775429] [NEW] Fail to link with liboxygenstyle

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: kdebase-workspace

When trying to link a soft to liboxygenstyle with cmake:
 target_link_libraries(oxygenstyle)

it fails with:
cannot find -loxygenstyle

ln -s /usr/lib/liboxygenstyle.so.4 /usr/lib/liboxygenstyle.so fix issue.

Ubuntu package is missing a symlink.

http://kde-look.org/content/show.php/Oxygen-appmenu?content=141254 fails
to build for exemple.
