Binary package hint: plasma-widget-networkmanagement

"System connection" checkbox in Network Settings is always gray

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open System Settings under user.
2. Open Network Settings.
3. Try to edit any connection (wireless in my case).
4. Try to check "System connection" checkbox.

Actual Results:  
It's impossible because this checkbox isn't availble.

Expected Results:  
Checkbox is availble.
