[Bug 776138] [NEW] Add Recommends: qt4-qmlviewer so that "Run" actually works

Binary package hint: qtcreator

The QML Designer includes a nice play button that fails to work if you
just install 'qtcreator'.

Ideally 'qtcreator' should Recommends: the qmlviewer so that testing
your hello world application is actually possible.
