Can confirm this one - after upgrade of Kubuntu from Maverick to Natty.

KMail fails to fetch passwords from KWallet, KWallet reports that an
application is 'misbehaving'.

Tried deleting the KMail and mail account folders from KWallet - KMail
did recreate them but still fails to retrieve passwords once entered.
