[Bug 885594] [NEW] plasma-widget-message-indicator-0.5.8 doesn't work with Kmail 4.7.2

I seem to recall this working fine in Kmail 1.13 but it would seem it
doesn't work anymore. Thunderbird, Quassel and Pidgin and Kopete all
work fine for me though.

I noticed some other people have had issues with it here:

I haven't been able to find any more out about this other than
https://wiki.kubuntu.org/KarmicKoala/ConfigureIndicators (and various
hits in google telling people to do that), it seems that option has
disappeared in Kmail 2 or should I say 4.7.2.
