Hi,

I'm developing a QApt based package manager and I found out that when I
try to install a package without updating the local cache, no error is
triggered, and of course no package is downloaded and installed as local
version number of that package is not the same that package version
number in the remote repository.

Shouldn't QApt trigger NotFoundError or FetchError?
