[Bug 886946] Re: KDM opens at 7th virtual console despite of configuration.

I have not filed this about specific package because I'm not sure what
exactly package makes it wrong. I suspect upstart it is but probably
some other influences too. As I've mentioned above that happens only on
boot and after boot was completed there is no unexpected behavior
anymore, I've checked it few times. If you need some additional info
then feel free to ask. Thank you.
