[Bug 888844] [NEW] Kmail has duplicated folders after migration from previous version

Public bug reported:

After upgrading from KUbuntu Natty to Oneiric, which migrates KMail from 1.x to
2.x, at next KDE login the migration tool converts the old datastore to the new
Akonadi one, duplicating all the folders.
