Public bug reported:
Just like this bug report in kde, http://bugs.kde.org/278231, kde does
not work with modems that takes sometime to initialize. Please, provide
an update with the fix patch.
My modem is a ZTE MF110 (19d2:0031) and network-manager in console
(nmcli) brings the wwan connection without problems.
