[Bug 413156] Re: Installer does not appear on top / maximized

I consider this fixed now that the installer is first option for livecd
(granted it will still appear when first exploring the system and then
starting the installer from there, but as I said it is a general issue
with plasma-netbook and focus stealing magic)
