[Bug 871261] [NEW] kcm module (kde-config-touchpad) incomplete

Public bug reported:

Synaptiks displays TWO tabs : the first one allows to turn off the
touchpad and turn off the touchpad while keyboard is used. The kcm
module displays ONLY the second tab for general configuration.

The kcm module should imho display all the synaptiks stuff.
