[Bug 872329] [NEW] kimpanel backend ibus conf files look in the wrong place

Public bug reported:

the configuration file:
/etc/X11/xinit/xinput.d/ibus (and ibus-kde)
from package:
plasma-widget-kimpanel-backend-ibus

fails to find the ibus input method .so file because it looks in
/usr/lib/qt4/plugins/inputmethods

the ibus .so file is now in
/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/qt4/plugins/inputmethods
instead.

Something to do with multiarch changes in oneiric I suppose?

fixing this by hand sets QT_IM_MODULE correctly to ibus, but I still can't get ibus
or kimpanel to work. That's a story for another bug though, I suppose.
