[Bug 872713] [NEW] Kubuntu oneiric for kubuntu-default-settings. Kmail shortcut in start menu favourites does not work

The shortcut fo kmail in favourites has no icon and cannot launch
kmail2. Navigating the menu for kmail produces another entry that has an
icon and works.
