[Bug 874604] [NEW] kdevelop does not have menu bar when tunneled through X

Public bug reported:

When I use Ubuntu, I see the menu bar in the global app menu bar on the
top of the screen.  However, when I tunnel kdevelop, I don't see the
menu bar at all.  This is different from other applications which show
their normal menu bar when tunneled through SSH.
