This bug also affects Kubuntu 11.04. Everyone in my office is getting a
pop up message offering to start the upgrade to oneiric about every
10-15 minutes. This is not only extremely irritating, as the pop-up goes
in front of any other windows, it's so frequent that it's only a matter
of time before someone accidentally hits the "start upgrade now" button.
I hope there's an "are you sure?" dialog but I'm not willing to test it
to find out!

This is far, far too frequent. Once a day would be just about tolerable.
Once a month would be ideal.
