[Bug 878607] [NEW] Kubuntu software management regresstions

Public bug reported:
The new software management system, Muon, does not provide the list of
files in a package, the package's dependencies, and which packages
depend on it. All of this information was provided by the former
package management front end, KPackageKit. This should not be
considered a wish list bug, this is a regression.
