I'm not sure how bug reporting works or if this is helpful but I have
this issue on a laptop and a netbook (on two different wifi networks)
since the Oneiric upgrade. Once the password is entered, they both
connect without issues. KWallet (with an empty master password) seems
fine on both computers as well.
