[Bug 883765] [NEW] KDM looses focus on new password entry of a new user

Public bug reported:

Kubuntu 11.10 64-bit ~fresh install.

Create new user
log off
type the username & pw of the new user in KDM
I get a dialog telling that a new password is needed. Clicking the button (OK?) I'm asked for a new password. However it's impossible to write anything in the lineedit, can't focus with mouse either.

Two other people tried this on #kubuntu-fi too and confirmed this behaviour. 
It was also reported that if you press OK in the 'you need to type a new password' window, the lineedit works normally.

This has been reported here before but then closed as
worksforme/downstream: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=264539 and
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=259649 so I thought I'd report it
here if it's a Kubuntu issue.
