[Bug 839782] [NEW] Unity launcher gets stuck revealed when message moved in kmail

I just upgraded to 11.04 and I use Kmail for my email program.  When I
move a mail message to a folder the launcher detects the move and
reveals itself.  But it does not close when move is completed.   I
suspect that this detection is not desired since I wouldn't want a mail
message on the launch bar.  Might also appear with other programs as
well that do drag and drop operations.  I do know it pops out during
many move operations, but it doesn't get stuck like with kmail.

To restore to hidden position I have to  close kmail and reload or
switch to another workstation and start  a move operation and cancel it.
