[Bug 841936] [NEW] Konsole renders Devanagari characters incorrectly

पूर्णमदः पूर्णमिदम् पूर्णात् पूर्णमुदच्यते
पूर्णस्य पूर्णमादाय पूर्णमेवावशिष्यते

Save it to a file (say, test.txt), then cat in the terminal:

$ cat test.txt
परणमदः परणमिदम परणात परणमदचयत
परणसय परणमादाय परणमवावशिषयत

All "overline" and "underline" characters are silently removed.

Should be:	Actual result:
कु	ku	=>	क	ka
कू	kū	=>	क	ka
कृ	kṛ	=>	क	ka
कॄ	kṝ	=>	क	ka
कॢ	kḷ	=>	क	ka
कॣ	kḹ	=>	क	ka
के	ke	=>	क	ka
कै	kai	=>	क	ka
कँ	kam̐	=>	क	ka
कं	kaṁ	=>	क	ka
क्	k	=>	क	ka

This happens only in Konsole — that is, kate, Akregator etc render
everything correctly.
