The workaround in bug #805303 also work on picard.

Install qtconfig-qt4 and change the theme to something that is NOT gtk+
or Default (Cleanlooks is not too ugly). Picard should open without any
problems.

Marking this bug as a duplicate since I am now quite sure it's the same
one (same error message and all).
