This is a design interaction between plasma-widget-menubar (not upstream
KDE) and the plasma-netbook appcontrol widget (upstream KDE), so it
can't be upstreamed until KDE depends on Qt 4.8 and can support plasma-
widget-menubar.  In the mean time, if we fix it, it'd be with a distro
patch to kde-workspace.
