[Bug 852860] [NEW] Kmail "send mail via" does not work

This is the same issue reported in https://mail.kde.org/pipermail
/kdepim-bugs/2010-May/035716.html ,  supposedly fixed in June 2010.

Steps to reproduce:
- Launch Kmail
- Click on 'New' button
- Fill in the recipient, subject and a few words
- Go to Message menu/Send Later Via and select an SMTP server
- Message is stored in outbox and then sent immediately

Desired behavior:
- Message is stored in outbox until sending requested.
