[Bug 852864] [NEW] Kmail/akonadi reports unnecessary conficts

Public bug reported:
Kmail regularly reports conflicts when the status of a message changes,
where the only difference between the "left" and "right" message is the
seen status and the modification date.
It would be better to have a standard default resolution for such
conflicts, such as automatically selecting "unseen".
