[Bug 856395] [NEW] kubuntu 64-bit suggests installing flash despite flashplugin64-installer being installed

Public bug reported:

flashplugin64-installer is installed but "Install Packages - KDE Daemon"
window periodically prompts to install Flash.

When "Install Selected" is clicked, the 32-bit flashplugin-installer is
installed and flashplugin64-installer is removed.
