[Bug 856384] [NEW] Muon software center doesn't rebuild search index after sources change

Public bug reported:

After I added Universe to this live session, only kontact showed up in
search in MSC.  I tried Muon package manager and it said it was updating
search index.  When I went back to MSC, then Kontact mobile shows up
