[Bug 858387] [NEW] Sub-menus of firefox / thunderbird are not shown on first invocation

Public bug reported:

When I open the menu of firefox or thunderbird (via plasma-widget-
menubar), then the sub-menus are not shown. I have to close the menu and
open it again to see all the sub-menus. As this works in unity, I think
this might be a bug in plasma-widget-menubar.
