[Bug 988612] [NEW] Wifi widget text unreadable in Kubuntu Oxygen Desktop Theme due to dark color

Public bug reported:

When using the Oxygen (dark) Desktop Color Theme in Kubuntu, the
background of the wifi widget becomes as dark as the text. This makes
the text unreadable. I cannot figure out what text color controls the
text in the Wifi widget to lighten it up.
