[Bug 1031798] [NEW] okular cannont save the annotations inside a pdf file

It seems for the bug report: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=151614
that okular can saved the annotation made in a pdf directly inside the
pdf. Unfortunatly this capacity is not available for the packages
provided by kubuntu (version 4.9).
