[Bug 1035580] [NEW] Packages for KCachegrind and QCachegrind 0.7.1 needed

The new 0.7.1 release of KCachegrind supports kde4 and it's now possible to compile also an only-qt version of this tool.
New packages for them would be highly appreciated.
