no. the desktop wallpaper is already the same except it has stripes to
add drama which is important from an artistical point of view.

no. it makes startup as a whole entirely slower for all operating
systems one may own and start via grub.

** Description changed:

+ It's worth trying to use the blank ariya version (used for Plymouth) for
+ the default 12.10 lightdm theme. Primary concern is that it may look too
+ dull.

  this is not a bug and I'm sorry for that. It's just that I can't find
  the proper venue to popose this wish.
  
  Since we have the custom "Kubuntu" kspalsh theme that integrates
  perfectly with the plymouth one
  
  it could be a great quality touch to set it as default into kubuntu-
  default-settings package, so we have a streamlined, coherent art from
  boot-up to login
  
  Other nice changes to apport:
  
  rewrite it in qml
