[Bug 1037392] [NEW] kscreensaver depends on libkexiv2-11, which is not in Kubuntu Updates

Public bug reported:

The kscreensaver package in Kubuntu Updates (4:4.8.5-0ubuntu0.1~ppa1)
has a dependency on libkexiv2-11, but there is no such package in that
PPA.  There is a libkexiv2-10 package and libkexiv2-11 is available in
the backports repository, but the broken dependency creates all sorts of
problems if you don't have both repositories enabled.
