[Bug 1038453] [NEW] deselecting "use flash" option isn't persistent.

If I start Kamoso and deselect the option to "Use flash" in the settings
menu, when I quit and then start Kamoso again the "Use Flash" option is
selected again.

Using Kamoso 2.0.2 Kubuntu 12.04 and KDE 4.9.00
