[Bug 1000506] Re: plasma-widget-menubar crashes plasma-desktop frequently

This bug has been ignored for some time, and others have filed
duplicates, which I just marked.  It's happening with different apps,
such as LibreOffice, not just Zim.  It's still happening with KDE 4.9.

Again, this is a major regression: this never happened in Oneiric.
