[Bug 1088100] Re: LightDM login screen shows users which are not allowed to log in

Requires information not provided from LightDM backend.

AccountsService does correctly report if an account is locked. If
LightDM team are happy and confirm the bug I will add a USER_PROP_LOCKED
enum value so that they can be filtered by client code.
