[Bug 925490] [NEW] codec install does not enable you to play mp3

Public bug reported:

On a fresh alpha 2 precise install I try to play mp3 in amarok.  it
offers to install packages.  After installing and restarting amarok I
can not play mp3s.  after I manually install kubuntu-restricted-extras
they play fine.
