[Bug 925787] [NEW] menu anomalies in kubuntu after lubuntu

Public bug reported:

After logging out of lubuntu and then back into kubuntu, when clicking
on the KDE start menu button (left hand corner), the box with the app
selections was NOT right above the start menu but was at the top of the
desktop. Logging out of kubuntu and then back into it solved the
problem. This did happen 3 times in a row.

My PC has a very standard kubuntu 11.10 with the lubuntu-desktop package
added.
