[Bug 942336] [NEW] Could not find the program 'rekonq'

Public bug reported:

rekonq is not installed, and when I try to open some files, like html, xml, the error  "Could not find the program 'rekonq'"   appears every time. After clicking OK, the file opens in the default app.
There is no mention about rekonq in ~/.local/share/applications/mimeapps.list
