[Bug 1022889] [NEW] Extracting to Desktop extracts to Home directory instead

Public bug reported:

When opening an archive with Ark, and drag&dropping a file from the
archive to the Plasma desktop (assuming FolderView is selected), the
file is extracted to the Home directory instead.

There are no related "errormessages" or warnings from either plasma-desktop or ark, so I assume the problem must be somewhere else.
So far, I have been able to reproduce this behaviour every time.
