I do have the same error. Both with BD-R-DL and BD-R LTH on a iHBS112_2
Drive. And I noticed the same using the programm "dkopp". The media is
may be not ready finalised. Gnome Disk Utility proofs the file system of
the burned disk not to be OK. I think this is not an error of k3b but of
growisofs 7.1-10 (Version I use on Xubuntu - precise amd64). So, this
may gets redirekted . All bugs of growisofs seem to be old.

I am able to produce an report with dkopp, which is much more detailed.
Sorry that I killed the last report... Or, send me a command for testing
and I will get the terminal output... Since BD medias are not that
cheap, this problem is not acceptable for the publik.
