[Bug 1017850] [NEW] Uploading files to picasaweb fails

Public bug reported:

When trying to upload pictures from gwenview to picasaweb, I can log in and even create a new album, but uploading the files fails: "Failed to upload photo into Picasaweb: Failed to upload photo. Do you want to continue?"
