[Bug 946238] [NEW] QUrl.toLocalFile returns nothing if given non-canonical path

Public bug reported:

I did observe that there are no notification sounds with the KDE 4.8 backport in oneiric.
The reason is this bug in KDE 4.8:

So it is not the fault of KDE itself, but a bug in qt4-x11 version 4.8.0 and is already fixed in version 4.8.1:
   https://bugreports.qt-project.org/browse/QTBUG-22382

As precise uses the same version of qt4-x11, the bug should be there, too.
So please update qt4-x11 to version 4.8.1
