[Bug 949847] [NEW] Volume levels are not remembered between sessions

Everytime I turn my system off and on, I have to change the volume
levels in kmix again, because they get reset to their default values
every time. This disables the microphone in my case, so it is very
annoying. I would like the system to remember the volume levels from the
previous session.
