[Bug 968658] [NEW] no sudo-request when starting, got an auth. error if i try actions in muon

Public bug reported:
to me, synaptic and muon do the same thing.
But synaptic works and muon not.
Synaptic prompts for the password (sudo) but muon did not - when
started.
Then synaptic works - but if i try to update, install packages or
anything in muon i got an authentification error and thats it. No other
ideas how this happens.
