Public bug reported:

When I click the "Add a playlist sorting level ▸", "Media Sources Home
▸", "Search Preferences", or "Sort Options" button, the menu that
appears is displayed on the wrong monitor. A screenshot is attached.

The "Track Progression", "Enter space-separated terms to search", and
right-click context menus are not affected by this problem.
